• Quick, easy installation.  ZerOcel is a patented double-bladder "insert system" that can be quickly and easily inserted and installed in any vehicle fuel tank without special tools or skills.   The characteristics of the ZerOcel Vaporless Fuel Cell System insures a snug fit and uses the existing fuel tank's already engineered in "vapor space" so that very little fuel volume (if any) is reduced.  The ZerOcel can be retrofitted to existing fuel tanks of all kinds.

• Spontifies Fuel rendering it non-explosive if penetrated.  The ZerOcel Vaporless Fuel Cell contains Arctic Fire-Freeze™ the miracle fire extinguishment Agent in the outer bladder which, if breached immediately begins a micelle catalyzed reaction which quickly spontifies liquid fuel preventing the fuel from igniting.
• Maintenance-free.  ZerOcel Vaporless Fuel Cell contains no mechanical moving parts and works under principles of specific gravity and hydrostatic tension.  The only electrical device is the fuel measuring system which signal can be used with the existing fuel tank gas gauge.
• Passive operation.  ZerOcel Vaporless Fuel Cell requires no action by operators or crews.  Its operation is virtually invisible to the operation and fuel fill/re-filling operations.  ZerOcel is effective 100% of the time and continues to prevent vapors as long as it is installed and intact in the fuel tank and doesn't need control devices or trigger mechanisms.
• Explosions Suppression Continual.  The ZerOcel Vaporless Fuel Cell is not affected by fuel level, vehicle position/angle, attitude, speed, or altitude.
• Any shape of Fuel Tank may be retrofitted.   The ZerOcel Vaporless Fuel Cell can be retrofitted to be used in any type of fuel tank that does not have internal  structural members.  It can be used with any compliment of components such as pumps, valves, sensors, filters, fuel lines, etc.
• No need for Fuel Tank Baffles.  The ZerOcel Vaporless Fuel Cell  controls surging and eliminates fuel agitation/sloshing.  It eliminates the need for baffling in fuel tanks and eliminates fuel "slapping" noise.
• Mitigates fuel spray.  The ZerOcel Vaporless Fuel Cell minimizes fuel spray in the event of fuel tank rupture from compressive or compacting forces.  
• Lowest logistics support.  Once a The ZerOcel Vaporless Fuel Cell is installed inside a fuel tank, there's no need for external support equipment such as required by gas inserting systems.
